Well this one, supposedly wraps up the Cable storyline. I say supposedly because, at the end of this issue there's a skeleton left on the ground. I doubt that it's Xavier's because, if he just survived crashing the Blackbird, how could he not survive a bomb? So that brings up the question, where is he? Secondly if it's not Charles body, then it must be Cable's. And, if that's the case, then he's definitely not gone, because we've seen him come back from worse. So, how do you wrap up a story that can't be wrapped up? And at the end Charles knew what it was that they were coming after him for. I assume he pulled it from one of the Wildpack's mind. Or maybe Cable or Bishop. So he saw it, and he realized it was something that was his fault. So basically he took out Cable, because if he could see that information, he had to have seen that Cable had a bomb, and would use it. But the biggest revelation of all was Charles finally admitting, after 40 some years in this situation, that he is in love with Jean. It's about frakkin' time. So to wrap up, the Wildpack has gone back through the portal, Cable is supposedly dead, but we know how that works out, Bishop seems to be stuck in our time, Charles is supposedly dead, again we'll see, Scott has just made a huge leap from being a self-absorbed team-member to being a reckless man in charge, Wolverine has just seen his future, and Jean has gone through dealing with her powers, creating goblins with her mind, being abducted and breaking out to find that her mentor gave his life to rescue her. I think that about covers it. What are they going to do next issue? Not sure, but I am sure it will top this.
