This issue focus' on Arsenal. Well . . . not so much Arsenal, as Roy Harper. And not so much his job as Arsenal, as his job as dad. Actually it's a year ago. You know, before the One Year Later jump. Anyways, it shows that as much as he loves his job, and his team-mates, he loves his daughter even more. Also that his daughter is a lot smarter, and a lot more tuned in to him than he even realized. Which makes him happy and sad at the same time. Then we get to see, 3 years ago, what exactly happened that made Black Lightning turn himself in for murder. And the Red Hood, is telling Nightwing, exactly why he knows that he's innocent. Yes Jefferson lashed out in anger. But the result, although severe, wasn't entirely a result of his actions. But it was made to look that way, with a little nudge, by Deathstroke. So Anissa and Dick decide they're going to go to Jefferson, in his new identity in prison, and tell him the good news. Well first of all he doesn't believe him, and second he still feels that he needs to pay for his crime. So Anissa turns to . . . . Grace. Both emotionally and physically. She wants Grace to help her break her father out of prison. Pretty succinct and to the point. Fantastic book. Great creative effort by the writer and the artists. And this book has some fantastic characters. This is the best incarnation yet.
