What a fantastic book. This is one of my favorite comics on the stands now. But we only have 1 more issue! Everybody needs to get out on their rooftops, well maybe just on the DC chat boards, and proclaim how much they love these characters. They're fantastic. And they're real close to be shelved again, for who knows how many years. It just ain't right. So anyways, we gotta do what we gotta do to save 'em. Not to mention, this issue, we get the original Ray, Ray Terrill, back. He's another character that's been out of commission for way to long. They beat the giant robots, see the cover, that SHADE sends after them, but that just forces Gonzo to move up his plans. Which in turns makes Father Time realize that unless he joins up with the FF, all may be lost. So he leaks to video to them about when Gonzo killed the real Senator, and how he did it. Gonzo is doing a huge press conference in front of the White House to announce his presidentially appointed metahuman civil defense team. But before he can finish, the FF show up to announce to the world that he's really just a robot. So it looks like next issue's going to be one big battle royale. We know they're going to go out with a bang. But then what? Tell us something! Please!
