Well from what I can gather from this issue, Johnny is caught between a war between heaven and hell. The Devil is posing as a lawyer, Bedelstraum, and the almighty is posing as a Judge. And both of them are using Johnny as their pawn. Although I'm not exactly sure why. Also they're both trying to push Johnny's buttons. For some reason they want him to unleash his hellfire. Which seems odd to me, because I'm sure they both know what he's capable of. But I guess it's all just part of the game. It's good to finally have Johnny back. And it's nice to see a story done for him by Richard Corben. Richard just has the perfect style for this metaphysical type of story. We're also going to get a book, later this month, to finally wrap up the series from the 90's. Apparently issue 94 was done, but for some reason never saw print. Well . . . it's going to be printed now. So you'll be able to get plenty of the flame-head this month.
