This issue Andy Clarke steps in on the pencilling duties, and they are fabulous. And on top of that, it's a great story by Stuart Moore. Bruce and Tim are at the Wayne Towers for a Banquet. Well actually, Bruce is multitasking because he's also there for the first meeting of the Gotham International Anti-terror Conference. He's got delegates from many nations in the room, and it's stressful because some of them barely get along even under the best of situations. Anyways, they're trying to have their meeting when someone starts blowing up bombs all over the building. At first they're random. But then Bruce notices that they're starting to line up in the center of the building. The guy is trying to bring the building down from the inside. They have a hard time finding him, at first. But then they find out that the guy is shooting some kind of liquid C-4. So he sprays down an area, then when he's safely out of range, he blows it up by remote. That's bad enough, but when Robin catches up to him, he sprays him down with the same stuff. My guess is he's going to have to stay on the guys tail so that he doesn't get far enough ahead of him to have a safe distance to blow it. But we aren't going to find out this issue. Another stunning cover by Simone Bianchi. Overall, this was a fantastic issue. I've actually been more impressed with this book of late. And of the last few good issues, this is the best one yet. It's nice to see they're getting back on track with this book.
