I spend a lot of time and money buying and reading comics. Most of the time I'm happy with my choices, sometimes not. I'm hoping, that with my reviews on what I've read, I might spare someone else dissapointment. I'll read anything, but I can't afford everything. If there's something you'd like for me to read, let me know. If you take the time to read this, please, take the time to let me know what you think. I may not agree with you, or you may not agree with me. But, so what. That's life.

Batman and the Outsiders #11 - DC
As is the norm within the DC Universe right now, this is another fantastic team-book which they've put up on the shelves. I really can't say enough about this book. This book is incredible. Chuck Dixon is doing a bang-up job with these characters and the story-line. The way he handles them . . their conversations, their interactions, their feelings . . . is near perfect. This guy definitely deserves all the accolades that he gets. It's . . . genius. Then, on top of that, we have Julian Lopez doing the pencils, with Bit as the inker, and the result is . . Fabulous! These guys have definitely set the tone and pace of this series and it is perfection. This could easily be one of the best books on the shelves right now. Hands down! I finally figured out this issue . . remember the couple that showed up at Batman's, I mean Bruce's, door last issue? Well . . they were Ralph and Sue Dibny. No they haven't come back from the dead. But their spirits have decided, "Dead? Yep, dead as dead can be . . . . But that doesn't stop my hubby from pursuing his favorite pastime . . . we prefer "spirits" . . . boo!" So now, I guess, they're ghost hunters . . literally. Fanfrikintastic! It appears that their mission is over, after this issue, but . . . it most definitely is not. The rockets still got off. They still have their payload inside. And Metamorpho is up there with the astronauts right now. Oliver is wondering why Batman asked him along on this mission . . . he did seem to be just eye-candy. "I wanted you to see what we were about. I need you on the team. Can you commit to it?" To which Ollie replies, " . . one mission at a time." Obviously, I thought this was a fantastic book, and I recommend it to everyone. If you're not picking this one up . . . you need to.
