Wolverine Origins #17 - Marvel

This is an incredible book. And not just because we're learning all this stuff about Wolverine's past. No, I like this book because I think the stories are fantastic. Daniel Way is really doing an incredible job. And as I've said, over and over, I really think that Steve Dillon has stepped up his game for this book. His artwork is easily the best, of his, that I've ever seen. Anywhere! I just think they're both doing an incredible job with this book. This particular issue is still dealing with Wolverine . . I'm sorry, Logan . . during World War II. He's fighting for the Canadians, who have been in Europe for a while by the time the Americans get there. And he's come across operation Blue-Boy. It's where the Americans are trying to insert Captain America, and his team, behind enemy lines. The problem is, they don't have very good intell, and their plane goes down. So now Logan, along with Nick Fury, have been tasked with the job of rescuing Cap's unit. Logan pretty much does it on his own, being the wild animal that he is. But his real surprise is when he sees Cap. When he saw him last in Mandipoor, Cap asked him to be his side-kick, to accompany him. Logan didn't want to do it at the time, but right now he's feeling better about that proposition. The problem is, in the meantime, Caps been teamed with someone else . . . Bucky. By the way, the words across the cover "Streng geheim", in German mean "Top Secret". Just thought you might want to know.
