I spend a lot of time and money buying and reading comics. Most of the time I'm happy with my choices, sometimes not. I'm hoping, that with my reviews on what I've read, I might spare someone else dissapointment. I'll read anything, but I can't afford everything. If there's something you'd like for me to read, let me know. If you take the time to read this, please, take the time to let me know what you think. I may not agree with you, or you may not agree with me. But, so what. That's life.

Superman Confidential #6 - DC
This looks to be an interesting story. But, see that cover on the right? It's from the story that's been running through the last 5 issues. This issue? This issue starts a completely different storyline. The only explanation we get is an editors note on the bottom of the title page. It says " . . the conclusion to "Kryptonite" will be printed at a later date!" No explanation as to why or when. So I feel like I've wasted my time on the last 5 issues. Whatever! So anyways, on to this issue. This issue Justin Gray is back with Jimmy Palmiotti on the scripting chores. Koi Turnbull does the pencils. It's actually pretty breathtaking. You really should see the cover. Basically what has happened is Lori Lemaris seems to have sunk Metropolis. I think this story takes place before Clark and Lois got married. Anyways, it seems that she, or someone, has Superman under somekind of psychic control. They've also turned all the citizens of Metropolis into fellow mer-people. It seems Lex is the only one that realizes something is wrong. So he get Lois and Jimmy, who are imprisoned, and takes them to Supes to try to wake him up out of his fog. It helps a little. But, it's not enough. So he decides to go a step farther, and snaps Lois' neck. But we'll have to wait until next issue to see if it brings him out of his imprisonment. Overall, a good story with fantastic art. I just kinda' wish I could see how the other story ends. If they wait to long . . . it won't matter, because we won't remember what came before. I guess we'll have to see what happens.
