I spend a lot of time and money buying and reading comics. Most of the time I'm happy with my choices, sometimes not. I'm hoping, that with my reviews on what I've read, I might spare someone else dissapointment. I'll read anything, but I can't afford everything. If there's something you'd like for me to read, let me know. If you take the time to read this, please, take the time to let me know what you think. I may not agree with you, or you may not agree with me. But, so what. That's life.

the Boys #11 - Dynamite Entertainment
Another edition of one of my favorite monthly books. I have to say I was a little worried when this title switched companies. Not because of either company, but because it seems like when a creator owned project, like this, goes out on it's own, it seems like inevitably it ends up falling behind schedule. But this book? This book hasn't missed a beat. Which really says a lot for it's creators, Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. Both have incredible talent, and both seem to really enjoy what they're doing with this book. Well with this issue our squad of anti-heroes start a new story. This one's going to take place in Russia. Butcher has some old allies there, and they start off in the bar of a former super who went by the name of Love Sausage. That's ok. There was another member of his group called the Tractor. And the team was called, Glorious Five Year Plan. Anyways the Russian mob is trying to exert it's influence showing the citizens that they can get to them anytime they want. The ROC. Russian organized crime. All these former Supers are dying by having their heads explode. But it doesn't seem to be from a bullet. The book ends when one of the Sausage's buddies face is sent to them on top of a pizza. Anyways, fantastic book. Creatively it's perfect. It's a cool idea, with some neat concepts. I really hope it lasts.
