Ok, last issue we thought that the culprit in this arc was the Ultra Humanite. Well, it is. But it isn't. See this whole thing started when he took over Delores Winters body. The doctor that performed the surgery was supposed to throw away her brain. I'm sorry. Dispose of it. Anyways, he couldn't bring himself to do so, so he found another recently deceased woman to put it in. Well, that body wasn't as beautiful as her old one, so he did a lot of plastic surgery. So much so, that she became a junkie. So when that body became old and withered, she had him do it again. Who knows how many times. But eventually she came to roost in the beautiful alabaster body she now possess'. And now she calls herself, Endless Winter. Through this process, and with the help of Roulette, they discovered that there was a market for "hero" parts. So they began killing meta powered people and stealing their body parts. Eventually Doc Mid Nite does foil her plan, but of course, she makes her escape. Great story by Scott Beatty. I already liked Rags Morales artwork, but, his artwork inked by Michael Bair, is fantabulous. Great artistic duo there. Anyways, next issue it's Hawkman. We're finally going to find out what happened to him.
