Apparently Bart is going to take up the Flash role, because Wally is still MIA. Well, if you listen to the explanation that Dr. McGee tells, Bart, Barry, Wally and Max are all part of the Speed Force now. I guess it all happened when they took Superboy Prime into the Speed Force. And since the Speed Force resides solely in Bart, then I guess they are all a part of him. Anyways, Griffin has taken to his vigilante role, 100%. He's trying to make a name for himself, but, in doing so he's set himself up as judge, jury and executioner. Also his powers seem to be having some kind of weird side affect on him. His body looks like it's aging very fast. While talking to Dr. McGee, Bart finds out that Valerie has been let go by STAR. He's in love with her, and vice versa, so the only way to explain it to him is to tell him that her father is Manfred Mota, and when she disclosed that info to STAR, they sympathized but had to let her go. But, love being blind, and dumb, Bart is still in love with her. And she him. But that may all be moot, because on the final splash page her father finally decides to confront her.
