I spend a lot of time and money buying and reading comics. Most of the time I'm happy with my choices, sometimes not. I'm hoping, that with my reviews on what I've read, I might spare someone else dissapointment. I'll read anything, but I can't afford everything. If there's something you'd like for me to read, let me know. If you take the time to read this, please, take the time to let me know what you think. I may not agree with you, or you may not agree with me. But, so what. That's life.

Birds of Prey #98 - DC
We finally get to meet the mysterious new Bat-Girl this issue. Well, I should say, Black Canary, Huntress, Lady Blackhawk, Oracle and Gypsy do. We start out with Yasemin, who is released from prison, and ready to take control of her criminal empire again. But in order to do so she has do to it over Helena Bertinelli's dead body. Which she's more than willing to do. Next we get to see how Sin is interacting with the Birds. They all are refreshed by the inquisitive young mind. The girl is a sponge. But Dinah, is especially smitten by her. She's ready to adorn the family role. And speaking of Dinah, she has someone working in the flower shop that looks an awful lot like Poison Ivy. What's that all about? And finally we have Oracle, trying to set up a little sting operation for the new Batgirl. When they finally catch up to her, she's a red headed, freckled little teen aged girl. But she looks familiar. She has a definite attitude, appears to be very strong, and can teleport. Also, when Yasemin comes after Huntress, she takes a bullet for her. Which she can apparently recover rather quickly from. Dinah and Helena go after Yasemin, but Batgirl has teleported to Oracle. Also, how does she know everyone's name? I guess we'll have to wait until next issue to find out more about this mystery.
