Another installment of my favorite weekly comic. We start out with Supernova, deep in the bowels of Wayne manor, stealing Luthor's Kryptonite gauntlet. We then move on to Steel helping some firefighters evacuate a burning building. Afterwords, Kala comes to him with a discovery that Luthor has engineered into his Super-Power program, an off switch. Since he gave certain people these powers, he can take them away just as easily. We then move on to Lobo, with his new religion. The people on this planet he has landed on, are under attack by somebody and they are begging for Lobo to protect them. Buddy and Adam and Starfire are doing everything they can to repel the invaders. But they aren't having much luck. So Starfire takes it upon herself to use the Emerald Eye of Ekron, to do the work for them. Unfortunately Lobo can't advise them on this course of action, because he's been atomized. But as he resurrecting out of his own pool of blood, he is reprimanding Kory for her actions. It seem the Emerald Eye of Ekron war ripped right out of the Emerald Head of Ekron. And he's pissed and wants it back. By using it, Kory just sent out a signal flare to him. So now Lobo is scared and ready to run. Cool book, great writing, and awesome covers. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, it comes out every week. BINGO!!!
